Lodging
Participants are responsible for making their own lodging reservations (Except youth, adults, and chaperones on teams awarded a scholarship as some hotel rooms may be provided as part of the scholarship - although it is expected that teams may need to purchase additional rooms.)
We recommend that chaperones and youth reserve rooms at the Howard Johnson Hotel. Youth teams awarded a scholarship will be provided hotel accommodations at the Howard Johnson. Additional hotel information will be provided upon receipt of scholarship.
Hotel Room Rates
Please make your reservations as soon as possible and use the group name “Prevention Summit” to receive the per diem hotel rate of $77/night plus tax for single occupancy.
Double occupancy is available at all hotels for an increased rate. Rates vary at the hotels, but range from $77- $99/night plus tax. Please inquire when making reservations.
Hotel Group Rate Dates
Group rates are available Wednesday, October 26 – Saturday, October 29
If you require a room before or after the rooms block dates, please inquire with the hotel about receiving the “Prevention Summit” or "2011 Prevention Summit" group rate for that date(s). Rooms/rates are not guaranteed, but if space is available, hotels are usually willing to honor the group rate.
