For organizations and individuals paying by check or P.O., a fillable/downloadable paper form is available. Please use this form if you are paying by check or PO. Please do not submit your credit information in an email.

Adult Registration Form (All Adult registration at this point is Overflow. Overflow means that you will be able to attend for hours, but may receive a copy of the printed program and you may not receive a lanyard or participant items.)

Non-chaperone Adult Registration Rates

$125 early bird (until 11:59 p.m. on September 21, 2012)
$175 regular (begins September 22, 2012)
An additional 3 hours may be earned for those adult professionals who attend the free pre-conference workshops on Sunday, November 4, 1:15-4:30 p.m. Participants must register in advance with their regular registration for the conference, and they are first-come, first-served. Participants must be able to attend the full 3 hours to receive CEHs.

Team Adult Advisor/Chaperone Registration Rates

$125 (Teams applying for scholarships will be notified of award on October 10, 2012.)

Youth Registration Rates

$35 (Teams applying for scholarships will be notified of award on October 10, 2012.)

Due to partially-sponsored registration rates for all participants, there is no one-day registration option available for this conference. Registration rates begin at $125 (early-bird) and continue up to $175 (regular) for adults.
