CEHs
Participants can earn up to 19 Continuing Education Hours (CEHs).
Hotel Accommodations
Youth teams awarded with a scholarship may be provided with hotel accommodations. Additional hotel information will be provided upon receipt of scholarship.

Food
The Summit registration fee includes Dinner on Sunday night; Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on Monday; and Breakfast and Lunch on Tuesday.
Special Dietary Needs
If you would like a vegetarian meal, please be sure to indicate this in the special accommodations field on the online or paper registration form. Participants with other special dietary needs such as gluten free or dairy free, are welcome to include this information under special accommodations but there is no guarantee that the conference can accommodate these needs. Participants will be contacted, prior to the event, with information as to whether special meals could be made available so other arrangements can be made.

Security
Security services will be provided at the Summit by Norm Wold and Gregory "Ross" McDowell.

Music and audio will be provided by DJ Riceman.
Families and Guests
While families are extremely important to us, we are unable to accommodate extra guests, including family members and children at this conference. Lodging accommodations will not be provided for guests. Additionally, guests will not be allowed in the main sessions, meals or in breakouts. Please make alternate arrangements for any lodging and/or childcare needs.
Costume Policy
Since the Prevention Summit will have an awesome disco/retro-themed dance, costumes will be allowed during the dance. In order to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants the following policy will apply:
• Costumes must be decent and appropriate in nature and content. Costumes that carry a sexual, vulgar or offensive message, or reference the use of alcohol, tobacco, drugs, gambling, or gang affiliation will not be permitted.
• Masks that cover all or part of the face are not to be worn.
• It is understood that the chaperones, in consultation with the conference staff, may restrict appearance and attire with special consideration for safety, health or other issues that may create a disruption to other conference participants.
• Entrance will be refused until the participant corrects the problem.
Awards
Special arrangements may be made for guests of Awardees during the Award Ceremony. If you are a guest of an Awardee, please contact Julia Greeson at Julia.greeson@dshs.wa.gov in order to receive a ticket.
