Handout Availability
Handouts are always well received, but to stay environmentally friendly, the Planning Committee has requested that presenters submit an electronic copy of handouts to post on the conference website. Handouts that are not copyrighted or proprietary work and are approved for distribution will be made available to the public on our website, and will be listed by presenter name. Participants may download and print handouts for their use at no charge. This could also prove to be a valuable resource for participants who were not able to attend some presentations. However, handouts will be available for purchase. Please read the Handout Purchasing Information and Purchased Handout Packet Disclaimer sections below for more information.

Handout Purchasing Information
In response to requests from past participants, this year we will begin offering printed versions of the handouts, which will be available to Summit participants for a fee of $25 (in addition to the cost of registration). You must order and submit payment for handouts by October 12, 2011. No refunds are available after purchase. No exceptions. Your order will be available for pick-up at the registration/check-in desk.

Purchased Handout Packet Disclaimer
The Committee is not responsible for the content provided in materials and does not guarantee the quality or quantity of handouts available. For those who purchase handout packets, the Committee will provide all handouts that are received from presenters by October 12, 2011, are not copyrighted or proprietary work and are approved for distribution. Although the Committee will provide all handouts possible, we are not able to estimate the number of handouts that will be available with your purchase. In addition, on-site presentations may be an updated version of what is provided through this transaction, however, the Committee will provide the most updated version supplied by the presenter by the October 12 deadline.
